Blend of two lots (317 & 319) with 100 Oechsle, and lime-lime-lime, a margarita of riesling; the most seductive imaginable tartness, this almost manic wackoid thing like lime scented veal stock with twenty Altoids dissolved in it.

The 2003 Riesling Spatlese Niersteiner Paterberg explodes from the glass with intense aromas of rocks and smoky white fruits. Medium-bodied and gorgeously concentrated, it exhibits a muscular personality redolent with lemongrass, quinine, and oregano. Projected maturity: now-2014.
