Parxet

The Cuvee 21 is very pale with green hues, with very fine, persistent bubbles with a tendency to form a foam crown. The nose is full, fruity and intense. The wine has a lovely soft acidity which conserves the primary bouquets of the varieties. The balance in flavor and taste, characteristic of the varieties and the maturing process, explodes in the mouth.

Wine Enthusiast

Clean and attractive, with freshness and some mineral and spice. The palate is accented by white pepper, basil and tarragon, while the fruit leans toward pear. The finish is smooth, as is the mouthfeel.
