Pierre Boniface Les Rocailles
Delicate and feather-light, it offers green apple and floral aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is dry and extremely refreshing, with crystal clear purity. Enjoy on its own, or pair with cheeses (especially fondue) or simple fish, chicken, or pasta dishes.
Wine Advocate
The Apremont Les Rocailles is his basic cuvee. Like its predecessors, the 2011 is one of the most delicate, fresh, lively, low alcohol wines one can find. Made from the indigenous Jacquere varietal, it is completely unoaked and rarely exceeds 11.5% natural alcohol. This featherweight, light-bodied, super-fresh wine offers notes of green apples, spring flowers, grapefruit and a subtle hint of honey.

Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
