Ruby red with brilliant clarity, this wine reveals characteristic Mineral Springs Vineyard aromas of spice, red raspberry and cranberry fruit and a classic Oregon earthiness. The entry is silken, even mouth-coating, and juicy, ripe berry flavors dominate the palate. Lively acidity reminiscent of height-of-the-season stone fruits and fine tannin are in perfect balance. Chocolate, earth and black fruits linger with pleasing persistence on a sleek framework.

Rose petal and geranium fascinatingly mingle with scents of cherry and almond in the nose of Soter's 2010 Pinot Noir Mineral Springs Ranch; then inform a silken-textured, infectiously-juicy palate, rich in ripe cherry and piquant nut oils yet buoyant and positively billowing in its expression of inner-mouth florality, leading to a long, mouthwateringly savory, disarmingly persistent and next sip-inducing finish in which floral and spice accents alluringly keep pace with the generous flow of fruit. Look for at least a dozen years of delight from this polished beauty, which will almost certainly gain in complex allure and fascination.

Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
