Today, Fabien Moreau, the 6th generation of the Moreau family, is the superstar winemaker of this beautiful Domaine in Chablis. The Domaine holds a total of about 12.5 hectares with vines averaging 45 years old. They are working hard to follow their philosophy that is based on respecting Chablis's terroir.
