Trimbach
This Riesling is a great classic of Alsace. At once delicate and vital, its intense fruit is given great length by a backcome of crisp acidity producing some of the world's greatest and longest tasting wines.
Alsatian Riesling are usually dry, in order to match with food.
Riesling is particularly conveniant with sushis, fish, grilled or with sauce, traditional alsatian meals such as the onion pie or sauerkraut.
Wine Spectator
This subtle Riesling offers a finely woven mix of white peach and crushed pine needle flavors, with hints of brine and smoke. There's racy acidity, but it's well-meshed, and a mineral note lingers on the delicate finish. Drink now through 2015. 12,000 cases imported.

Wine Advocate
The Trimbach 2007 Riesling – from purchased fruit – boasts unusually high (7.9 grams) acidity that translates into positive brightness of lemon and pineapple, and finishes with invigorating and lasting suggestions of citrus rind bittersweetness, tingling pineapple, and chalk dust..
