Siduri Clos Pepe Vineyard Pinot Noir 2013The Siduri Clos Pepe Vineyard Pinot Noir consists of two sections of clone 115 - the hillside section on the far east of the vineyard (20% whole cluster), and the pond section at the lowest point of the vineyard (completely destemmed). The Sta. Rita Hills make up the only valley that runs truly west-east in the entire West Coast of North America. This funnels the wind into the area, leading to smaller clusters & more concentrated berries.
Orin Swift Mercury Head Cabernet Sauvignon 2014An alluring hue of dark garnet sits in the glass, encircled by a glowing ruby rim. Immediate aromas of ripe black cherry, blueberry and classic cassis are supported by undertones of lavender, jasmine, sage, tobacco, cigar box and the slightest touch of anise. Rich and vibrant upon entry, flavors of dark plums, figs and black fruit transform into sweet vanilla and dark chocolate framed by velvety and plush tannins. The wine finishes with great length and a touch of acidity-an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from select vineyards in the Napa Valley.
Robert Foley Claret 2013Our flagship wine is full and rich and utterly even across the palate.The Claret, Napa-Style, is made of the best we have - a classic Left Bank Bordeaux-style blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot. Ripe black cherry and toasty French oak aromas open with hints of menthol and lavender. The mid-palate is elegantly even and beautifully balanced, allowing the flavors to coat the mouth and linger long in the finish. The Claret can be considered its own food group!
Dominus Napa Valley Red 2014 375mlDominus Estate wines are made with an objective of purity, balance and complexity. Minimal intervention and restraint throughout the process of grape berry selection, fermentation and aging preserve the character of the fruit. The resulting wines convey the very personality of the vineyard. Dominus winemaking includes separate lot-by-lot fermentation. Cluster sorting by hand is complemented by an optical berry sorting system. Gentle pumping-over extracts aromas, color and tannins. Vertical wine press at low pressure delicately releases components from the skin. Racking barrel to barrel in 100% french oak removes sediment and assures clarification of the wine during aging. We recommend decanting the wine prior to serving to allow it to develop its full potential. This is especially important when serving young Dominus wines.

Dal Forno Romano Amarone della Valpolicella 2009Undoubtedly the complexity of this wine is superior in respect to that of Valpolicella and has its place in the category of wines that are usually defined as “meditation wines”. Subtle aromatic hints, that range from black cherry, blueberry to chocolate, anticipate the opulent expression of mature fruit that flows into the mouth with inadvertent persistence. Nuances of truffle, tobacco and new leather wrap around the finish. It is a wine with undiscovered potential, but whose depth leaves one hoping that it has a very long development ahead of it.
Argiano Brunello di Montalcino 2012Argiano'sBrunello di Montalcino is distinguished by its elegance and its deep ruby red colour. It presents a good concentration on the mid-palate and a persistent aftertaste, with a rounded and voluptuous body, and interesting, silky tannins. It unites potency and elegance and looks like having a promising future. With its tempting perfumes of red berries and its clean freshness, the complexity of this wine presents an excellent balance. To fully appreciate its qualities, decant the wine at least one hour before serving.
