Jermann Vintage Tunina 2014Vintage Tunina from Sauvignon grapes, Chardonnay with Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and Picolit added. It should be noted that this is a genuine field blend. It has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. Its aroma is intense, full, with enormous elegance and persistence, and with hints of honey and wild flowers. Its taste is dry, velvety, and very well-orchestrated, with an exceptional persistence due to its particularly full body. It is paired with truffled first courses, with a great variety of fish dishes, especially oven-baked fish and fish in sauce, and it can easily be drunk with white meats. We have a particularly good memory of this wine with a pillow of fresh salmon stuffed with parmesan and artichoke.
Allegrini Palazzo della Torre 2014The vineyard surrounds Villa della Torre, a splendid masterpiece of Renaissance architecture now owned by the family, and produces a full-bodied red wine that has an ageing potential of at least ten years. The blend is the historic combination of Corvina and Rondinella with the addition of a small quantity of Sangiovese. This wine is a deep ruby red and easily pairs with various Italian dishes, above all risottos, especially those flavoured with saffron, porcini mushrooms and pork; classic dishes such as pasta with Amatriciana and Carbonara sauces, baked lasagna, gnocchi with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts; grilled meats and roasts.

Fattoria di Felsina Fontalloro 2015Ruby red color with rich and intense tones. The palate manifests good consistency of medium-smooth tannins to ensure the lengthy ageing. Rich structure and weight and elegant breed on the finish. Optimum cellar life in all vintages.

Allegrini Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2014The result of the Allegrini family’s expertise, a true classic of the appellation, this red wine embraces tradition, territory and the know-how of generations working the land. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta are left to air dry at least until December and are checked daily to ensure perfectly healthy grapes. It is this technique of air drying the grapes that produces this unique wine.
Poggio al Tesoro Mediterra 2015Ruby red in colour with purple tints, this is a fragrant and intensely fruity wine, in which blackberry, plum and cherry are underpinned by spicy notes of white pepper and elegant herbaceous aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, intense, and surprisingly persistent. Food pairings: An ideal pairing with various meat dishes, cold cuts and medium-matured cheeses, including Italian pecorino. It should be enjoyed slightly chilled, with seafood dishes such as mullet in tomato sauce, poached fish and Livorno-style salt cod.
Marziano Abbona Barolo 2014This "classic" Barolo has a typical garnet red color with orange nuances from nebbiolo grapes; at the nose the most intense and marked scents are those of ripe fruits, with herbaceous and underbrush scents that complete a complex olfactory outline. The unusual cooler and rainy summer of 2014, together with the milder temperatures, have created a Barolo where the most evident feature is the elegance, enriched by roundness, pleasantness and soft tannins.
Masi Campofiorin 2015Full bodied, smooth and velvety, but approachable and versatile in its food pairings. Combines simplicity with style, strength and majesty. This is the original Supervenetian created by Masi in 1964 and internationally recognised as a wine of "stupendous body and complexity", the prototype for a new category of wines from the Veneto inspired by the Amarone production method (Burton Anderson). Its own production method was described by Hugh Johnson as "an ingenious technique".
Tassi Brunello di Montalcino 2012Intense red ruby with garnet red nuances. Deep to the smell with faint hints of ripe fruit, especially plum and cherry as well as some elegant and very fine spices. Very pleasant and refined to the taste. It blends perfectly with the traditional Tuscan dishes, especially with game and seasoned cheese.
Anselmi San Vincenzo 2017Anselmi San Vincenzo is grown in the Monteforte area within the Veneto region of northern Italy. Light straw in color, it is crisp and pure with a medium body. On the palate are beautiful flavors of citrus, apricot and yellow apples. This blend of Garganega, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc is perfect with grilled fish or roast chicken.
