Domaine Laroche Chablis Saint Martin 2016
Wine AdvocateThe 2016 Chablis St Martin was bottled at the beginning of April, with around 13% aged in foudres. It has a happy-go-lucky bouquet of fresh green apple and light flint scents. The palate is fresh and sappy on the entry with a fine line of acidity and good salinity toward the finish. This is a level up from the regular Chablis in my opinion, as is often the case.
Wine SpectatorStarts out with floral aromas, adding apple and lemon flavors, with a vanilla accent. Bracing on the finish. Drink now through 2020. 2,500 cases imported.
