Deep purple in color, the wine brims with aromas of wild blueberries, cassis, and pleasing notes of forest floor. The palate is initially treated to dense flavors of plum, milk chocolate and framboise. Following, a delightful interplay of violet, anise, black tea, and brown spices soon emerge giving further character to the wine. Silky tannins encapsulate things with a very pure and true finish. Flavors of fresh green apples, and bittersweet almond are complemented by undertones of Thai basil. This wine is perfect pair all year round as it is enjoyed with a multitude of cuisines and settings. This marks the first release of our white wine from Corsica, which has been a great deal of fun in the making. Three years of research and development went into finding the best vineyards and winery to partner with to make what we think is a true expression of Corsican Vermentino. The striking label represents the hand crafted Shepard's knives that can be found all over the beautiful island.

Orin Swift Locations F4A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and assorted Bordeaux varietals. A heavy purple hue envelops the glass with a tinge of ruby on the band. The nose reveals compelling, perfumed aromas of ripe cherry, kirsch, blackberry preserve, lavender, and subtle spice notes. Spirited upon entry, the palate is treated to persuasive and distinctive flavors of strawberry compote, crushed plum, and mocha. The silky mouthfeel gives way to a pleasing middle with notes of black tea, roasted fig, and juicy acidity. Finishing with purpose, dark fruits linger effortlessly with an attractive mineral tone.
Orin Swift Locations I4A blend of Negroamaro and Nero d’Avola from the Southern region of Puglia combined with Barbera from Piemonte in the North. A vibrant ruby, coral hue invites the nose and features intense aromas of dark fruits, spices, and wild flowers. On the palate, rich flavors of plums, black cherries and mineral components dominate the entry leading to layered nuances of currants and strawberry jam. The edges are soft and finishes clean with brightness.
Orin Swift Locations P4A blend of Touriga Naçional, Trincadeira, and Touriga Franca sourced primarily from the northern region of Douro, with the remainder coming from the Alentejo region to the south. The glass opens with a triple layered aroma of savory peppercorn and cocoa, jasmine flowers, and black fruit. The immediate dark chocolate structure provides the canvas on which black cherries, roasted lamb, and exotic spices intermingle. It finishes with the tapering dark chocolate structure and culminates with hints of vanilla.

Aromas of dried cherry and savory plum meld together in an inviting blend of ripe stone fruit . Soft at first, the gentle entry leads to a graceful mid-palate with generous layers of ripe, candied watermelon and black currant. A bright band of acidity wraps around all of these flavors and deftly leads into a finish that drips with fullness and length. A blend of Tempranillo, Barbera, Petit Sirah, Syrah and Grenache.

Orin Swift Abstract Red 2015As soon as a glass is poured, aromatic notes of Luxardo cherries, ripe black plums and raspberries billow, with intricate hints of coffee, mocha and caramel in the background. The entry is expansive with dark briar fruits, cola and cocoa with tannins that are soft and dusty. The wine finishes with a hint of wild cherry and a lingering sweet oak presence. Abstract is a blend of Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino Grenache, Petite Sirah, and Syrah primarily from hillside vineyards.
Orin Swift D66 2014Optimum growing conditions with a crowning harvest mark the 2014 vintage. A saturated cardinal hue belted in garnet is revealed in the glass. The nose brims with an impeccable oak profile with shaded oak tree accents. A mineral cast of alluvial soil can be detected as well, which frames a vibrant perfume of red berry fruits, cassis, cardamom, and exotic spices. The entry bursts with a vibrant blueberry and cassis concentrate that is rounded out with the richness of a crème brûlée, or crema catalana. The mid palate has vibrant acidity with distinctive mineral notes of garrigue, stone, and schist. Closing with purpose, the wine boasts silky tannins and a lengthy finish of sublime richness.
Orin Swift Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon 2014A dense plum, red visage brilliantly precedes the tasting. Multidimensional aromatics of cassis, currant, mulled dark fruits, and toasty barrique oak perfume the glass. Opulent and rich, the wine explodes with concentrated flavors of black cherry, ripe boysenberry, assorted dark fruits, kirsch, and a topnote of dark roasted espresso. A persuasive mid palate persists with freshness and closes with supportive tannins that are velvety and polished.
Orin Swift Papillon 2014Avibrant crimson is present in the glass with a claret fringe on the rim. Luring aromas of currants, mulled blackberries, French vanilla, and exotic spices serve as an intriguing precursor to tasting. The opening is dense and powerful with extracted blue and red fruit flavors which leads to beguiling cassis, plum, and a hint of mocha later. The tannins are already so soft and suave which lends to early appeal and cellaring if one so chooses. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc.

Intense and inviting with caramelized sugar, baking spices, dark fruits, butterscotch and vanilla notes. The palate is smooth, ultra rich and layered. The finish is impressive with honey, toast and loads of caramel.
