Domaine Carneros Brut RoséRose wines are often believed to be made only from pinot noir, but many including ours have some chardonnay added. In creating our Rosé, we worked to create a wine of great balance using pinot noir and chardonnay, but at the same time, emphasizing fruity and floral characteristics to a greater extent than is evident in the Brut or Le Rêve. Foods that pair exceedingly well with the Rosé are duck and salmon, and it is the only one of our wines that goes really well with dessert. It is a beautiful wine for a wedding, brunch, Valentine's Day or any romantic dinner for two. - Winery Notes
Sokol Blosser Evolution White BlendIn the beginning...there weren't a whole lot of choices for a really great white blend. Then, through a stroke of luck and/or general intention, nine grapes-Chardonnay and Pinot Gris among them-came together and really liked each other. Together, they produced a wine that was delightful, sublime and just plain yummy. And we called this wine Evolution. Wine lovers loved it. They paired it with spicy Asian, Indian, Mexican and Caribbean foods. Or with a jambalaya. Word spread. And, soon, Evolution Wine was advancing the entire wine universe once bottle at a time.
Dibón Brut Reserve NVAspect: Brilliant appearance with constant release of fine bubbles forming a crown on the surface of the glass. Pale straw yellow in colour. Aroma: Intense. Tertiary aromas of fresh baking arise from the second fermentation in the bottle, giving it a character of its own. Taste: Smooth and silky, its carbonic release gives it freshness and vivacity, resulting in a long finish. Food Pairings: Rice fish, Mixed rice, Capon and Poularde, Quail and partridge, Rabbit and hare, Crustaceans, Cured meats, Sirloin, Sirloin Steak, Ham, Molluscan shell, Duck, Whitefish, Fish with sauce, Roast chicken.
De Perriere Brut RoseThis salmon-pink rosé sparkler is truly remarkable for its highly expressive bouquet, stemming from very careful preservation of fresh fruit aromas during the winemaking. Pierriere's know-how and attention to quality produces a finely crafted rosé with both depth and freshness. This wine develops inviting, fruity aromas of small red fruits and lead to a fresh, refined palate with delicate bursts of fine bubbles. Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier produced using the champagne method in Burgundy, France. An incredible value!
Chateau Ste. Michelle Columbia Valley Riesling 2015This wine offers crisp apple aromas and flavors with subtle mineral notes. This is our "everyday Riesling" that is a pleasure to drink and easy to match with a variety of foods. Food Pairings: Fresh fruit, crab, mild cheeses, chicken.
Acrobat Pinot Gris 2016A light-gold hue in color, the 2016 Acrobat Pinot Gris shines through with bright, crisp flavors. Rose petal elements on the nose highlight balanced citrus components of lemon and grapefruit. Following the nose are flavors of fresh lime, lemon zest, and green apple. These mingle on the mid-palate, rounding out a medium bodied mouthfeel with a refreshing, bright finish. Enjoy now until 2026.

Domaine Vigneau-Chevreau Vouvray Cuvée Silex 2017This Vigneau Chevreau Silex is a real charmer, with lemons and minerals bursting from the glass. The flavors are pure. It is 100% Chenin Blanc. The wine is dry, but not a steely, steely dry. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted to ensure that only the ripe, healthy grapes make it into the bottle.
Domaine Bzikot Bourgogne Blanc 2016This great wine comes from Houlllieres, a Village plot in Puligny Montrachet. It would say Puligny Montrachet on the label, if not for the 5% of the vineyard which has not been classified as Village. Moreover, this wonderful vineyard lies right next to the Domaine Leflaive plot. The wine is vinified with the same method and meticulous effort as his village and 1er cru wines. He gently presses the wine and vinifies 1/3 of it in barrels (5% new) with the remainder only treated to stainless steel. This lends texture but not oakiness. Clean and fresh on the palate, the Bourgogne shows Puligny-like characters of apples, pears and stony mineral notes in the long finish. Superb now, but I suspect this little wine will live on and strut its stuff with flash for quite some time.
Pascal Jolivet Pouilly Fume 2017The 2017 Pascal Jolivet Pouilly Fumé is a vibrant yellow color with a dry focused nose of citrus and mineral. On the palate the wine is medium in body, incredibly precise and layered with clean, driving acidity.
Bodegas y Vinedos Valderiz Ribera del Duero 2015#26 on The Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of 2018 List! The grapes are sourced from vineyards planted by Tomás Esteban and are more than 25 years old, yielding a production of 4,000 kg per hectare. They are totally free of any artificial fertilizers or systematic chemical treatments.
Louis Jadot Mâcon Villages 2017Dry and easy to drink, lively and charming, this is a fruity wine with a floral scent and a hint of lemon, the Mâcon Villages should be drunk chilled and rather young. This wine goes very well with a large range of foods including "hors d'oeuvres", fried or grilled fish, sea food, goat's milk cheese, poultry.
Gramona Gessami 2017APPEARANCE: Pale green with brilliant highlights. NOSE: Great aromatic intensity reminiscent of a walk in the springtime. It evokes the cool, fresh air, a bunch of white flowers, jasmine, and orange blossom. Aromas of chamomile tea and linden infusions. Apricots, peaches, a citrus breeze. All bound up in a very fragrant, fresh halo. PALATE: Pleasant on entry, light bodied and silky on the palate. Fantastic freshness on the finish. The balance of its fruity and floral character is such that it shifts between delicate softness and structure, smoothness and freshness FOOD PAIRINGS: Appetizers, salads, and grilled vegetables. All kinds of fish or seafood. Very good with Japanese food. Rice, paellas.
Honoro Vera Garnacha 2017It has an intense nose with predominance of red, ripe fruits (raspberry, currant), balsamic sensations and mineral aromas. It is a fruity wine, very fresh and easy to drink that gives the pleasant sensation of savoring a fruity candy.
Poggio al Tesoro Solosole 2017Bright straw yellow in colour, with a substantial consistency. Solosole is characterised by a vibrant freshness, which is delicate and balanced. The palate is intense, persistent and refined. The aromas are both floral (white flowers and acacia) and fruity (yellow and tropical, including apricot and banana), typical of this variety.
Bedrock Wine Co. Old Vine Zinfandel 2017A delicious, balanced and juicy wine. The final wine is roughly 86% Zinfandel, 5% Petite Sirah, and 5% Carignan, with the balance being Alicante Bouschet and all the other crazy and lovely field-blended varieties found in our old vineyards.
