Louis M Martini Cellar No. 254 Thomann Station Vineyard Petite Sirah 2012
The wine's dark purple color is classic, as are the enticing aromas of blueberry, dark chocolate and juicy plum. The dense and powerful dark fruit flavors meld into a seamless frame of fine, elegant tannins. The finish is long, layered and expressive, with bold notes of toasted oak, barbecue spice and grilled meat.

Wine AdvocateA great terroir along with impeccable winemaking has resulted in a terrific Zinfandel to drink over the next 5-8 years. The dense purple-colored 2012 Petite Sirah Thomann Station Vineyard (a site made well-known by the Robert Biale Winery) is a relatively civilized Petite Sirah revealing sweet, well-integrated tannin, and lots of black fruit, camphor, graphite and spice characteristics. Meaty, rich and full-bodied, it is already drinkable but it will be even better in 2-3 years, and last for 15+ years. Drink Date: 2014-2030.
