The dry wine is bright straw yellow coloured with coppery hues. Has a complex aroma which varies from floral notes to rose and acacia blossom, reaching the fruity scents of apricot and tropical fruit, with hints of walnuts and spices. Smooth and persistent on the palate, tasty with evident perception of tropical fruit. Wine for serving with rice and pasta dishes, white meat and fish, including greasy fish. It also accompanies cured meats and egg dishes.
