Gerard Bertrand Côte des Roses Rosé 2019A soft, pale, brilliant pink with bluish tints developing over time towards more orangey nuances. The bouquet releases aromas of summer fruits, cassis and redcurrant. Floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit complete the picture. The finish is fresh, offering notes of candy. DAOU Rosé 2019Our 2019 DAOU Discovery Collection Rosé is inspired by the iconic dry rosés of southern France. True to form, this wine is delightfully fragrant and floral, showing lovely aromas of fresh strawberry, sliced peach and watermelon with nuances of hibiscus, cherry and clover honey. The palate is refreshingly crisp yet lusciously smooth, revealing juicy flavors of nectarine, orange, strawberry parfait and golden delicious apple. These primary flavors are underlain by plush, pleasing notes of papaya and honeydew melon, accented with a suggestion of rose hip tea. A long, clean finish lingers with impressions of peach, citrus zest and Barbados cherry.
AIX Provance Rosé 2019AIX Rosé is made in the Provence region of France, just an hour East from the historical city of Aix-en-Provence. AIX was founded in 1880 with the first vines planted in 1973. The vineyard consists of 185 acres of vineyard and is one of the largest domaines in the famous AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. These vineyards are non-irrigated and on a plateau at an elevation of 1,400 feet above sea level. The mistral winds keep the clusters dry and healthy. The soils vary from sandy, chalky soil to limestone and are highly acidic. AIX nurtures its heritage and has a passion and dedication to make the best Provence rosé. As part of this, all of their grapes are sustainably farmed. AIX Rosé is produced in the typical Provencial style using the direct pressing method. To avoid oxidation, the grapes are cold-soaked and chilled to 46 degrees Fahrenheit. The grape clusters are then destemmed before pressing and are macerated only at low temperatures for 5 to 6 hours. Fermentation is temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks for 12 to 16 days at 57 degrees to keep the maximum fragility in the nose using monocepage fermentation. To get that beautiful pale pink color Provence Rosés are known for, AIX uses cold stabilization. They maintain the must in a closed tank for one week at around 35 degrees with the lees suspended with a neutral gas. The lees give a lot of aromas and a great body to the wine. The wine is then aged in a stainless steel tank for 2 to 3 weeks before bottling resulting in an AIX Rosé that is elegantly tasty and the perfect wine to drink all year long. TASTING NOTE : A fragrant and well-balanced wine, AIX's hypnotizing salmon pink color reveals a fruity freshness. The nose is delightfully fragrant with delicate balance and crisp acidity. Enjoy the notes of soft, ripe summer fruits particularly watermelon and strawberries. FOOD PAIRING : Salad, grilled fish, poultry, and Asian foods, especially sushi and curry dishes.
Couly-Dutheil Chinon René Couly Rosé 2019Lovely vibrant rose color, with a fresh and fruity nose showing floral notes. A fruited palate with persistent and refreshing flavors, this wine is well-balanced, easy to drink, and elegant. Delightfully aromatic and showcasing the classic structure associated with the Chinon terroir, this rosé wine is ideally suited to enjoy as an aperitif and to accompany a meal. It can be kept for two or three years.
Jacques Dumont Jacques Dumont Sancerre Rosé 2018Jacques Dumont Sancerre Rosé is grown on the hills southeast of Sancerre and thrives on soils of clay-limestone and flint. It is made from the bleeding technique: de-stalked, the grapes are put into tanks. 24 to 48 hours later, some of the juice is collected and fermented in the same way as the white at temperatures of 59 to 68°F for two weeks. Then, it is raged on the lees until February and bottled. Rosé’s made in this way are robust wines. It combines very nicely with grilled meat dishes and all summer dishes. It goes perfectly with a croque-madame made with Chavignol and a quail’s egg and all exotic and spicy dishes such as curries. A rare product to be experienced.
Domaine LaFage Miraflors Rose 2019It’s always nice to find a delicious, light, juicy rosé outside of Provence. Sourced from Grenache Gris and Noir vines some nearing 80-years-old, together with a portion of younger Mourvèdre, this is made from early-picked grapes to ensure a fresher style and pressed without crushing for an incredibly pale hue. On the palate there’s delicate white peach, orange peel and strawberry flavours underpinned by crisp minerality.

Château-Roquefort Cotes de Provence "Corail" Rose 2019The parcels for this rosé are always the same, but the combination is always different. Syrah 29%, Grenache 18%, Carignan 18%, Cinsault 17%, Vermentino 7%, Mourvèdre 6%, Clairette 5% . The wine was produced through direct pressing, partially destemmed. Certain varieties went through a cold maceration for 8 to 24 hours before being pressed. Cold clarification and natural fermentation between 64 and 73F. Gravitational work in the cellar as often as possible. “Corail” is the domaine’s rosé and it has classic Provençal characteristics. Pale coral color with a delicately spicy nose of citrus fruits, lively on the palate with notes of white fruits, citrus and a hint of fennel.

Chateau Pesquie Terrasses Rosé 2019Very pale rosé, bright and limpid. Flavors of small fresh red berries and citrus fruits. The mouth offers a great balance and freshness with aromas of gooseberries, raspberries and citrus, with floral notes. "Les Terrasses" rosé is a delightful aperitif. Suited to grilled meats and fishes, raw or grilled vegetables, charcuterie, soft white cheese, spicy dishes. Fresh fruit based desserts and sorbet.
Wölffer Grandioso Rosé 2019The color is light shiny new copper. Vibrant floral and hay notes surrounded by classic creamy yeast fill the glass. The mouth-feel has fantastic texture with lovely subtle fruit and is backed by refreshing acidity all interlaced with fine skin-tannins and a beautiful creamy yeast character that is balanced by wonderful classic minerality. Sun Goddess Pinot Grigio Ramato 2019Produced with love and passion from sun-kissed vineyards owned by Fantinel family in Friuli Venezia Giulia, where the peculiar microclimate and the precious terroir guarantee premium quality wines.
