Hand-crafted by fourth generation winemaker, Veronique Drouhin-Boss, the distinctive Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays of Domaine Drouhin are prized for their elegance, balance and finesse, as well as their ability to age.
The 2019 Dundee Hills Estate Pinot Noir is beautifully concentrated with a decidedly complex bouquet. Restrained notes of redcurrant compote and tobacco transition to youthful spice and bramble. Texturally very pleasing, the velvety palate seamlessly blends a kirsch core with an appealing influence of earthy undertones and a touch of vanilla. The engaging finish is luxuriously long and elegant. This wine will continue to develop beautifully over the next 8-12 years.
Robert Parker 96 Points "The 2019 Pinot Noir Dundee Hills is defined, expressive and layered, with pure lavender, peppercorn and wild berry aromas and a velvety texture with bursts of freshness that highlight floral perfume and an array of spicy accents on the extended finish."

A very pretty combination of dried berries, smoke and cedar with some dried flowers, following through to a medium body, a solid core of fruit and a round yet firm, tannic finish. Young, but so attractive. Give it two or three years to open. Try after 2023.

Sleek and elegantly layered, with bright cherry and raspberry flavors accented by black tea and stony mineral notes that glide toward the long, vibrant finish. Drink now through 2030.
