"…Dreams…" from Chardonnay grapes. It has a sparkling straw-yellow color. To the nose, this offers charm and complexity with elegant and refined aromas. Hints of exotic ripe fruit, melted butter, vanilla, and pastry prevail. In the mouth, it fulfills all the promises made by the nose and enhances them with subtle flavors and aromatic nuances that are both fresh and long-lasting. 97% Chardonnay, and 3%... who knows? The average age of vines is 24 years, grow in the famous Ponca soil, 90 meters above sea level.
11 months in 300L French Oak (20% of which is new)

This is always a very complex and complete white with cooked apples, pears, light lemon curd, and vanilla. Hints of minerals. It’s full-bodied with a round, delicious palate. Beautiful, ripe fruit and length. Drinkable now, but better in 2022 and onwards.

There's a rich, toasty edge to this vibrant, medium-bodied white, enmeshed with flavors of ripe Jonagold apple and melon fruit. There's a good drive, with a salty mineral undertow and accents of ground ginger, chopped hazelnut, and orchard blossom rippling on the finish. Drink now through 2028.

Aromas of French oak, toast and yellow apple are front and center. Made predominantly with Chardonnay and aged in oak barrels, it has a smooth, elegant palate offering ripe pear, white peach, vanilla and butterscotch alongside fresh acidity.
