"…Dreams…" from Chardonnay grapes. It has a sparkling straw-yellow colour. To the nose it offers charm and complexity, with aromas of rare elegance and refinement. Exotic hints of ripened fruit, melted butter, vanilla and pastry prevail. In the mouth it keeps all the promises made to the nose, follows through on them, and embellishes them with gentle flavours and aromatic nuances that are fresh and persistent. 97% Chardonnay, and 3%... who knows? Average age of vines is 24 years, grown in the famous Ponca soil, 90 meters above sea level.
11 months in 300L French Oak (20% of which is new)

This is always a very complex and complete white with cooked apples, pears, light lemon curd and vanilla. Hints of minerals. It’s full-bodied with a round, delicious palate. Beautiful, ripe fruit and length.
There's a rich, toasty edge to this vibrant, medium-bodied white, enmeshed with flavors of ripe Jonagold apple and melon fruit. There's good drive, with a salty mineral undertow and accents of ground ginger, chopped hazelnut and orchard blossom rippling on the finish.
Aromas of French oak, toast and yellow apple are front and center. Made predominantly with Chardonnay and aged in oak barrels, it has a smooth, elegant palate offering ripe pear, white peach, vanilla and butterscotch alongside fresh acidity.
