A firm red with plenty of tannins that are polished and silky textured. Medium body, fresh and taught. Chocolate and Cedar combines nicely with the ripe fruit. Impressive blend of merlot, sangiovese and cabernet sauvignon. One of the best ever from here. Drinkable, but better in 2021
Blackberry, pomegranate, black currant, tar and mineral flavors are the hallmarks of this concentrated red. Still feels youthful and tannic, with time to give. Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Best from 2019 through 2030. 2,100 cases made.
