The 5-Year-Old Dry has a simple but nicely lifted bouquet of dried honey, nutmeg and orange pith. Maybe it could benefit from more vigor, but it will do. The palate is well balanced with a pleasant sharpness on the entry, offering fresh citrus fresh fruit with clementine and quince marmalade and leading to a harmonious, poised finish. Fine.
