A deep ruby-red colour. Aromas of red and black fruits (cherries, blackberries) with spicy and smoky touches. On the palate, intense black fruit flavours, very clean and pure, with silky tannins. A very mineral, long finish. Extremely well-balanced between intensity and refinement. Food pairing: Meat dishes, roasts, stews - more typical of Mediterranean-style cooking, served with tomato and pepper sauce, or dishes cooked with traditional herbs and spices.
