Dibón Brut Reserve NVAspect: Brilliant appearance with constant release of fine bubbles forming a crown on the surface of the glass. Pale straw yellow in colour. Aroma: Intense. Tertiary aromas of fresh baking arise from the second fermentation in the bottle, giving it a character of its own. Taste: Smooth and silky, its carbonic release gives it freshness and vivacity, resulting in a long finish. Food Pairings: Rice fish, Mixed rice, Capon and Poularde, Quail and partridge, Rabbit and hare, Crustaceans, Cured meats, Sirloin, Sirloin Steak, Ham, Molluscan shell, Duck, Whitefish, Fish with sauce, Roast chicken.
Solnia Sauvignon Blanc 2017This zippy, refreshing sauvignon blanc is nothing short of mouthwatering. Meyer lemon and kaffir lime add a slightly raciness while fragrant orange blossom keep the palate fresh and pretty. Bright acidity and slate-like minerality finishes this wine with verve and energy.

Bodegas Breca Breca 2016As Spain's highest altitude region for the production of Garnacha, the temperature swings are radical - up to 60°F in the summer. This produces wines with deep color and character, as well as lively acidity. The wine is characterized by aromas of ripe black fruit, overlaid with spices such as black pepper. There is an obvious minerality to the wine, proceeding from vineyards' diverse range of soil types.
Gramona Gessami 2018Appearance: Pale with bright greenish reflections. Nose: Great aromatic intensity. As if it were a spring walk, it reminds us of the smell of a bouquet of white flowers, jasmine, orange blossom, roses, aniseed and soup with chamomile infusion. Mouth: Friendly entrance, light body, silky in its path. It closes a fantastic acidity that brings great freshness. Gessamí obtains the balance of its fruity and floral character, moving between the delicate smoothness of unctuous texture and its jovial and refreshing spirit. Pairings: Appetizers, salads, vegetables. All kinds of fish and shellfish. Very interesting with Japanese food. Also with rice and paellas.
Honoro Vera Garnacha 2018Color of intense dark cherry with a violet edge. Intense nose, dominated by ripe red fruits, raspberry, currant, together with balsamic and mineral notes. Powerful in the mouth, full-bodied, pleasantly tannic and fruity with a light spice on the nish.
Bodegas Juan Gil Monastrell Blue Label 2017Purple/black in colour, it proffers a nose of pain grille, graphite, earth notes, spice box, black fruits, and a hint of balsamic. It opens in the grlass to reveal excellent density, savory flavors, plenty of spice, and a lengthy, pure finis. It will evolve well for 2-3 years and drink well for many years. Gassier Esprit Rosé 2018A very clear rosé with shades of peach. Intense nose with delicate aromas of white flowers and white fruit (peach). A second nose unveils spicy notes as well as scents of clementine. The mouth is round with notes of citrus fruits and a slight and healthy final acidity.
Couly-Dutheil Chinon René Couly Rosé 2018Beautiful pink color, announcing a nose gourmand and fruity with notes of currants and citrus fruits. The mouth is fleshy, delicate, and slightly spicy. Serve with roasted asparagus with feta, lobster fritters, fresh salads, Asian and exotic cuisines, but also grills and barbecue will make a perfect marriage with this wine.
