Produced by Phillippe Fourrier in Baroville, the House spans five generations and is particularly sensitive to environmental protection measures (manual plowing, soil protection with bark) and the use of renewable energies through solar panels and reuse of rainwater.
"Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Cote des Bar region in Champagne. With notes of green apples, soft raspberries, fragrant lemon citrus, elderflower, toasted wood and brioche on the nose; a delicate and creamy mousse, with a long, lemon curd, citrus finish." 500 cases produced.
Red apple skin notes. The palate is satisfying, vibrant and crisp with a tight but ripe finish.
Ideal with seafood, oysters, caviar and bellinis, sashimi, chicken liver pâté with toasted crostini, and lemon-meringue pie - or, served on its own.
