It's pretty and pure on first pour, showing elegant white flower, green apple and toasted hazelnut aromas and flavors with a firm mineral spine and dusty, chalky, finish. With air the wine takes on weight and depth while retaining all of its freshness and drive and adds ripe white peach and fresh butter notes to the palate. From beginning to end, the peach, apple, buttered hazelnut and crushed stone flavors sustain though a long, satisfying, finish.
