The harvest is hand-picked and the maturity of each grape variety generates an important selection in winemaking.
This white Châteauneuf du Pape contains white grenache, roussanne, clairette, bourboulenc and, depending on the year, a little picpoul.
The pale yellow hue of the wine lights up with a bright sheen and golden glints. It boasts a clean bouquet combining the delicate aromas of white flowers with exotic fruit. It is harmonious and full-bodied in the mouth, rich yet fresh.
Paired perfectly with white meat, fish and goat cheese. The perfect wine to accompany fine dining.

I was blown away by the quality of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc La Crau de Ma Mère and it’s a racy, yet textured beauty that has beautiful notes of citrus oil, green herbs, and crushed rock. Made from 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette and the balance Roussanne and Bourboulenc, I’d drink bottles over the coming 2-4 years, but this is one that will age as well.
