Glenville Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2017Due to its inland location, the conditions in Alexander Valley are ideal for growing Cabernet. With the largest fluctuation in temperature in Sonoma County, only the toughest reds can survive in Alexander Valley. Temperatures dip down into the mid-’40s at night with a huge spike in temperature in the afternoon making it an ideal climate for Cabernet Sauvignon to thrive. The richness of this wine is balanced out by flavors of black cherry and blackberries and a fine, smooth finish. Exceptionally well paired with baby lamb chops or New York Strip, this wine is full-bodied with flavors and aromas of black fruit.
Glenville Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2017Located in the high elevation vineyards of Sonoma Valley. This single-vineyard cabernet sauvignon is built to last. Known to be the birthplace of California’s commercial wine industry Sonoma Valley is an exceptional place to grow Cabernet. This wine was developed in a high elevation vineyard giving it the proper sunlight to grow a robust tannin structure and exceptionally well-balanced flavors of juicy black cherry and plum fruit. This wine is youthful and firmly structured with a long, soft finish. Best served with a tomahawk steak or short rib.

The entry of this wine is juicy with a silky-smooth texture that builds through the mid-palate. Blackberry and black current flavors are supported with well-integrated oak. Nicely balanced and shows the fresh acidity on the finish that Oakville is known for.

Aperture Chenin Blanc 2018What began as a small-batch wine crafted for the perfect pairing with fresh seafood at one of my favorite hometown restaurants has turned into a classic favorite. Coming from the rich clay loam soils of an old California Chenin Blanc site, this brightly lifted wine gives nuanced notes of quince, apple, and stone fruits with a weighted foundation provided by a delicate barrel influence.

Robert Foley Napa Valley Chardonnay 2018Inaugural vintage. This is crafted in the style that we personally prefer, avoiding the heavy hands of malo-lactic fermentation and excessive oak. The aroma offers suggestions of vanilla, lemon and butterscotch, which are also delivered in the avor pro le on the palate. Medium in body, there is a delightful liveliness from ample and integrated natural acidity, that also provides for a long mouth- watering nish.
