From the historic village of Prata di Pordenone in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the heart of the Prosecco territory, Ca’ di Prata Prosecco Rose’ DOC makes its grand debut! It is made using the Glera grape blended with Pinot Nero displaying aromas of, strawberry, cherry, and cherry blossoms with fine structure and lingering fresh berry mousse.

It has a bright medium-pink color with a fine mousse that releases floral aromas of cherry blossom and strawberry followed by a rich mouthfeel and a long, ripe berry finish.

Food Pairing: It is rather delicious on its own (and quite dangerous!). However, our Prosecco Rose' DOC is an excellent pair for Foie Gras, smoked salmon, and shrimp as well.
