Intense purple color. Complex aromas of black fruit with toasted notes and hints of mocha. Good balance on the palate thanks to its full-body and its sweetness. Elegant and soft tannins in the finish. Pairs with roasts, grilled dishes, light meals and smoked sausages. Bordeaux Blend (65% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon).
Château Roc de Levraut, situated in Sauveterre de Guyenne, the Entre Deux Mers area, has been run by the same family for 3 generations. Today, it is managed by Rémi Ballardin who made a strategic choice: to respect the vineyards as well as the wines by preferring low-yielded grapes to improve their qualities. To cultivate their lands with methods that protect the environment and enhance natural competition amongst the vines.

For a wine from the Entre-deux-Mers, this has a good proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon, giving structure and firmness. Coffee flavors and soft tannins bring it together at the end. Drink from 2020.
