The 2019 Corvidae Riesling has a delicate nose showing hints of pear, lemon zest and tropical fruits as well as herbal and floral notes. On the palate there is medium acidity and a bright tartness to balance out the honeycomb sweetness and flavors of lemon curd, orange peel and fresh pineapple. This wine has a long, citrusy finish and lingering notes of lime.
