Crisp and elegant, this Chardonnay radiates aromas of apple, lime, and pear. Subtle oak and the addition of 5% Chenin Blanc, boost this wine's brightness and overall floral characteristics. Balanced flavors of red apple, citrus, and honeysuckle coat the mid-palate, with a creamy finish. Natural varietal characteristics of Chardonnay shine through without being overshadowed by dominant oak notes.

Growing up, Joe’s middle daughter, Jamie was surrounded by her dad’s love of lesser-known varietals. Working alongside Joe, as a young winemaker, Jamie absorbed his spirit of adventure and some of his boundless energy. Together, they’ve created our new collection of Imagery wines, blending the spirit of our Sonoma estate with today’s most popular varietals. Each of Imagery’s new California tier of wines takes a traditional varietal and adds a little twist something unexpected, something out of the ordinary, something very Imagery.

In December 2017, Joe retired and Jamie took the reins as Winemaker. As the second-generation winemaker at Imagery, Jamie has been on a roll. Not only was she named the 2019 Best Woman Winemaker in the International Women’s Wine Competition, but she has also been included on Wine Enthusiast’s list of 40 Under 40 Tastemakers.
