On the palate it is pure intensity, with a juicy mid palate and good body. Full of flavor. This is the wine that everyone loves, our flagship wine and about 80% of our production. Aged in French Bordeaux style barrels for 10-12 months. Ripe, bold and full-bodied, fruit forward with hints of cocoa and vanilla.

From Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, the 2019 Malbec Grand Alpasion spent 12 months in new and used barrels. The nose offers plum jam, blackberry and ripe aromas with hints of herb and pencil box. In the mouth, it's broad and intense with rounded tannins and an energetic flow. The ripe fruit returns at the end.

Cranberry, hints of chocolate and baking spice shape the aromatic nose. The flavor profile of this Malbec leans toward herbaceous. Timid notes of black fruit add to the complexity. Firmly structured and full bodied, this big wine will benefit from more time aging in the bottle.
