Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is some of the most celebrated wines in California, with big, powerful flavors and robust tannins. Howell Mountain was the very first sub-region in Napa Valley to be officially recognized as an AVA. 

Our Cabernet is picked at the peak of ripeness and brought to the winery during the early morning hours. it is destemmed into stainless fermenters where fermentation takes 14 days. Wines are racked and pressed off to tanks where we put them into 50% french oak barrels.

Color of dark black and red hues, the aroma of blackberries and ripe cherries,  sweet oak, and cocoa powder. Flavors of ripe blackberry pie and cassis, mocha powder, and spice.
