The 2021 Moscato d'Asti Strev lifts from the glass with unexpected depth, showing herbal-tinged peach and hints of sea air. This is silky, filling the palate with a gentle fizz and ripe orchard fruits, all nicely held together by saline-infused acidity. Tropical melon and pretty inner florals linger as the Strev finishes remarkably fresh. While its sweetness is perceptible, this is also very nicely balanced.
