Light ruby color. There is a vague whiff of volatile acidity that adds lift to the high-toned red berry fruit aromas that include strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. The delicious, pliant, and vibrant lighter weight flavors possess an attractive texture thanks to the very fine-grained tannins supporting the dusty and bright finale that is sneaky long. This is light but offers excellent flavor authority and is a wine that should have no problem aging over the mid-term.
