The 2018 Red Blend Mernet Reserve, Keenan's Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, dense wine. Soaring aromatics and silky tannins render it approachable even when young. Inky red/purplish fruit, mocha, and sweet spice build over time. A bit of new oak is coming through today, but a few years in a bottle should help integrate.

Aromas of blackberries, ripe blueberries, dark cherries, rosemary, clay, earth, and cloves. Full-bodied with plush tannins. Round, rich, and creamy with a dense core of dark fruit and chocolate. A blend of 50% merlot and 50% cabernet sauvignon. Drink from 2023.
