This blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Müller-Thurgau and Gewürztraminer tiptoes to the edge off-dry without becoming cloyingly sweet. There's some nice acidity here to provide a sense of balance. Aromas of pineapple, honeysuckle and lemon drops lead to flavors like Gravenstein apples, toasted filberts and bergamot tea.

The 2022 White, a blend of 55% Riesling, 20% Pinot Gris, 15% Muller-Thurgau and 10% Gewbrztraminer, wafts up with a lime-tinged bouquet of spring flowers and green apples. It opens with a pretty inner sweetness, giving way to crisp orchard fruits and zesty citrus. This leaves a youthful tension yet keeps the mouth watering for more as hints of sour melon and mint slowly fade.
