This producer of CAVA has very old vineyard holdings. Of particular note are the 70 year old Xarello vines. We currently offer two wines, a Brut Blanc de Blanc and a Rose. Brut Blanc de Blanc is made from the traditional varietals of Parallada, Macabeo and Xarello. It is aged on the lees for about 22 months prior to disgorgement and finished with a French dosage.
