Bombay Bramble Blackberry & Raspberry Gin

A bold new gin bursting with the 100% natural flavour of freshly harvested blackberries and raspberries. On the nose, whole red summer berry forward note, complemented with rich fruity juniper and green spice. The palate exhibits predominantly juniper and citrus, with aromatic red berry roundness and licorice spice. The finish is remarkably smooth and dry, driven by waxy pine and liquorice notes. Although the earlier jammy nose and palate gives way to the waxy pine and angelica, an essence of blackberry and raspberry remains on the tongue long after the spirit has gone.
