The 2020 Châteauneuf Du Pape Boisrenard Blanc is a crazy mix of just about every variety and was raised 65% in foudre and 35% in old barrels. It's a deeper, richer white offering ample spice, baked apple, and Tarte Tatin-like notes in a balanced, still vibrant, fresh style. It's going to benefit from a year or two of bottle age, and it too should have a decade (or more) of overall longevity.

The 2020 Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc Boisrenard comes from certified organic fruit. It matured for 6 months in a combination of foudre and old oak barriques. The 2020 Blanc Boisrenard opens with a perfume of spring flowers, jasmine, apple, white peach, lemon peel and pastry plus a tropical splash of melon. Medium to full-bodied, expressive and framed by fresh acidity, it concludes with a sapid finish.
