Cristalino RoséBeautiful scents of raspberry and cherry on the nose with fresh, clean strawberry and cherry flavors in the mouth, and a consistent bead. The finish is clean and crisp and invites another sip. An excellent match for fried appetizers such as calamari or light desserts such as creme brulee. It is also excellent on its own or with fresh fruit.
Dibón Brut Reserve NVAspect: Brilliant appearance with constant release of fine bubbles forming a crown on the surface of the glass. Pale straw yellow in colour. Aroma: Intense. Tertiary aromas of fresh baking arise from the second fermentation in the bottle, giving it a character of its own. Taste: Smooth and silky, its carbonic release gives it freshness and vivacity, resulting in a long finish. Bodegas Alto Moncayo Veraton 2016Veraton a wine with an attractive collection of balsamic notes, of chocolate and black fruits, very warm in the mouth and an extremely pleasant finish. Garnacha from vines between 30-50 years old.
Southern Belle Poor Thing Grenache 2016Appearance: Medium deep opaque red color with vivid violet rim. Aroma: Intense intermixed layers of red and black fruits, with underlying creamy notes and a exotic spicy hint. Mouth Feel: Soft, big, yet elegant mouth feel. Full body with superb balance and grip, and a long finish, carrying intense ripe fruit and complex flavors.
Bodegas Atalaya Laya 2018Deep cherry red in color. Elegant, fresh and complex nose that highlights ripe fruit and floral notes. Nice and fresh on the palate, well-balanced with sweet but still young tannins, a delicious mouthful sensation that lingers on the very long and smooth finish.
Bodegas Breca Breca 2016Wine Spectator Top 100! The wine is characterized by aromas of ripe black fruit compote, overlaid with spices such as black pepper. There is an obvious minerality to the wine, proceeding from vineyards’ diverse range of soil types. The soils range from iron rich red slate and clay to black slate.
Bodegas Muga Rioja Riserva Unfiltered 2015This wine is ruby-red with glints of brick-red and a medium-high depth of colour. Dense legs which provide you with a sequence of patterns around the sides of the glass. Initially you can find notes of red fruit aromas such as blackberries and reminders of spices. This is all well balanced by smoked aromas from its time in wood which had received a light-to-medium toas- ting. A subtle vanilla pod aroma coming through with roast coffee nuances. A smooth, mellow attack, with tannins wrapping the sides of the mouth with hints of menthol. In the finish the interesting lingering persistence is worthy of note. Food Pairing: You can pair this wine with veal, Iberian ham and charcuterie and some kinds of stews and hotpots.

It evokes the cool, fresh air, a bunch of white flowers, jasmine, and orange blossom. Aromas of chamomile tea and linden infusions. Apricots, peaches, a citrus breeze. All bound up in a very fragrant, fresh halo. PALATE: Pleasant on entry, light bodied and silky on the palate. Fantastic freshness on the finish. The balance of its fruity and floral character is such that it shifts between delicate softness and structure, smoothness and freshness FOOD PAIRINGS: Appetizers, salads, and grilled vegetables. All kinds of fish or seafood. Very good with Japanese food. Rice, paellas.
