Cristalino Brut CavaCrisp and toasty nose, this wine shows beautiful citrus and green apple fruit with a supple, yet lively mouth feel of very fine bubbles and a very clean finish. The ultimate celebration wine, it is excellent on its own or with a wide array of foods including fried foods, seafood, Asian dishes, caviar and sushi.
Cristalino RoséBeautiful scents of raspberry and cherry on the nose with fresh, clean strawberry and cherry flavors in the mouth, and a consistent bead. The finish is clean and crisp and invites another sip. An excellent match for fried appetizers such as calamari or light desserts such as creme brulee. It is also excellent on its own or with fresh fruit.
Dibón Brut Reserve NVAspect: Brilliant appearance with constant release of fine bubbles forming a crown on the surface of the glass. Pale straw yellow in colour. Aroma: Intense. Tertiary aromas of fresh baking arise from the second fermentation in the bottle, giving it a character of its own. Taste: Smooth and silky, its carbonic release gives it freshness and vivacity, resulting in a long finish. Bodegas Alto Moncayo Alto Moncayo Garnacha 2015'Alto Moncayo' is the flagship of the winery. It is also another single-grape variety of Garnacha, from vines between 40 and 70 years old, aged in new barrels for 20 months. It has a remarkable complex nose, with balsamic aromas, redolent of black fruit, roasted notes and a very good structure in the mouth.

They are totally free of any artificial fertilizers or systematic chemical treatments.
Burgans Albariño 2017Color: Bright greenish yellow colour with golden highlights. Aroma: A uniquely fruity aroma where the variety is clearly appreciated, highlighting hints of ripe apples, apricots, and peach aromas. Taste: It is rich, mellow and well-balanced. The aftertaste is fully rounded and off dry on the palate with juicy fruit flavours, clean acidity and a long, mineral-dominated finish. Pairings: Seafood, shellfish, poultry, rice, mild cheese.
Bodegas Muga Rioja Riserva Unfiltered 2014Here we find a wine with medium-high depth of colour, black-cherry red with garnet hues. Dense legs which give us a wrapping sequence in the glass. First, red-fruit notes such as blackberries appear, with reminders of fennel, scrubby heathland, all nicely balanced by the smoked aromas from the time spent in medium-toasted wood. Underlying hints of vanilla pod coming through with coffee notes. Full mouth-feel with slightly mentholated nuances and white chocolate. The vanilla reappears and those red-berry fruit aromas we found on the nose persist, with an elegant acidity which makes the aftertaste long. Food pairings: This wine can be paired with veal, Iberian pork charcuterie and some types of casseroles (stew).
Raventos i Blanc Cava de Nit Brut Rosé 2016'De Nit' is a blend of Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parrellada with the addition of 5% Monastrell for complexity and its pale pink color. ￼Innovating through the monastrell variety which brings complexity and elegance in colour, maintaining the usual freshness and concentration of our sparklings. The grapes are harvested by hand and rapidly delivered to the winery, where they are processed via a gravity flow system. At each stage of the production process the atmosphere is controlled by dry ice. Assemblage is followed by bottle fermentation and ageing for at least 15 months in the neck-down position. All grapes come from estate-owned, biodynamically-farmed vineyards in the Anoia River valley. The primary fermentation is in stainless steel with the secondary fermentation in bottle. It is aged for at least 18 months on the lees before release. 'De Nit' means 'Of the Night' in Catalan.

It evokes the cool, fresh air, a bunch of white flowers, jasmine, and orange blossom. Aromas of chamomile tea and linden infusions. Apricots, peaches, a citrus breeze. All bound up in a very fragrant, fresh halo. PALATE: Pleasant on entry, light bodied and silky on the palate. Fantastic freshness on the finish. The balance of its fruity and floral character is such that it shifts between delicate softness and structure, smoothness and freshness FOOD PAIRINGS: Appetizers, salads, and grilled vegetables. All kinds of fish or seafood. Very good with Japanese food. Rice, paellas.
Bodegas Breca Breca 2015Wine Spectator Top 100! The wine is characterized by aromas of ripe black fruit compote, overlaid with spices such as black pepper. There is an obvious minerality to the wine, proceeding from vineyards’ diverse range of soil types. The soils range from iron rich red slate and clay to black slate.
