An exceptionally fine old tawny blend, aged for an average of 10 years in oak casks. Elegant and smooth, combining delicate wood notes and rich mellow fruit, it is bottled for immediate drinking. Excellent with soft cheeses such as brie; and a superb dessert wine, particularly with dishes made with coffee or almonds, Taylor 10 Year Old Tawny is delicious served lightly chilled at the end of the meal.

Wine AdvocateIt is my opinion that Taylor's tawny ports are the best of their type. When tasted against other tawnys, they all exhibit more aromatic personalities, greater fruit and ripeness, and a wonderful sweetness and length. The Ten Year Old Tawny is a personal favorite, as well as the best bargain among these ports.

Wine EnthusiastThis is a great, fresh, young style of wine, with figs and bitter marmalade flavors. There's a touch of orange peel, a hint of vanilla and very ripe, delicious fruit.

Wine SpectatorSnappy, with plenty of ginger and glazed citrus notes to the dried cherry, plum and raspberry flavors. Features loads of chocolate and spice on the long, lush finish, with hints of white pepper. Drink now.

VinousThe 10-Year Old Tawny from Taylor Fladgate, bottled in 2017, has a light earthy bouquet with hints of smoke, cedar and clove, missing a little depth of fruit compared to the 20-Year Old. The palate is a little sharp on the entry, with touches of strawberry mixed with marmalade, clove, allspice and marjoram. Gentle and nicely focused on the finish. Tasted at the Big Fortified Tasting in London.
