Ferrari-Carano Fumé Blanc 2015Ferrari-Carano's 2015 Fumé Blanc is a delicious wine with aromas and flavors of pink grapefruit, pineapple, lemon grass, lychee, kiwi, honeydew, orange blossom, guava, white peach and lemon lime with a touch of minerality. This wine has bright acidity and crisp freshness from the cool, stainless steel tank fermentation, while the subtle oak character from neutral French oak barrels adds body, complexity and depth. Food Pairings: Our Fumé Blanc pairs well with simple seafood and poultry dishes, and also holds up nicely with white meats such as veal and pork. J.J. Vincent Bourgogne Blanc 2014The 2012 "JJ" Bourgogne Blanc is a light, fresh, fruit driven Chardonnay. Straight forward in style showing tropical fruit and light acidity. "JJ" Bourgogne Blanc is a tribute to Jean Jacques Vincent who has managed the family domaine of Chateau Fuisse for the past 40 years. It is a distinctive wine exclusively from the southern part of Burgundy near Mâcon and Pouilly Fuisse. The Mâconnais area offers naturally rich soils with a high proportion of clay which leads to a wine rich in mineral character.

Domaine Vigneau-Chevreau Vouvray Cuvée Silex 2015This Vigneau Chevreau Silex is a real charmer, with lemons and minerals bursting from the glass. The flavors are pure. It is 100% Chenin Blanc. The wine is dry, but not a steely, steely dry. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted to ensure that only the ripe, healthy grapes make it into the bottle.
Michel Gassier Cercius Blanc 2014Straw yellow with soft green highlights. Very aromatic, predominantly aromas of citrus, flowers, and flint. Medium bodied and crisp, pairs well with roasted monkfish, paprika grilled game hen, and goat cheeses.

Château de Pourcieux Côtes de Provence Rosé 2015Stylish rosé, with rich flavors of apricot, ripe peach and cantaloupe with smoky,spicy notes. Rich, almost creamy finish, with palate cleansing acidity. Full, rich wine, both fruity and ripely textured. The wine has weight, concentrated red fruits, with a touch of citrus. Typically dry, its richness makes it seem soft, rounded and for food. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah.
Altanuta Pinot Nero 2015Creamy with yellow fruit, dried apricot, to which spicy, herbaceous notes mingle. It has a solid ripe acidity structure, which makes it lively and refreshing, with a long finish. Food Pairings: All kinds of non-grilled seafood, white meat, and white pasta dishes. It complements beautifully with soft mild cheeses. Also, recommended as an aperitif. Serve well-chilled.

Block Nine Caiden's Vineyard Pinot Noir 2015The 2014 Block Nine Pinot is beautifully long and rich in ripe cherry and berry flavors. The aromas exhibit generous bright fruit with a mix of strawberry, violets, plum, tea, and a hint of clove. Flavorful and silky in the mouth with good body, this wine is seductive showing wild cherries and a hint of sandalwood to complete its complex finish. The 2014 growing season was generous is length and consistent temperatures. Flavors were strong at harvest and we think 2014 will prove to be a terrific vintage.

Northwest Wine Company L'umami Pinot Noir 2015L’Umami” refers to the umami-sense that wild mushrooms often provide. The vineyards are surrounded by edible local mushrooms. The name was combined with the French sensibility of the winemaker for wines that express complexity & terroir notes often found in umami-foods like foraged mushrooms. The winemaker is the acclaimed Frenchman Laurent Montalieu of Four Graces and Solena fame.
