Domaine Carneros Brut Cuvée 2011A wonderful array of aromas including white flower, pear, golden apple, honeycomb and brioche create a bouquet for the nose. The palate flavors are true to the aromas and are enhanced by a texture that is creamy, full and elegantly structured. The long finish hints of the wines aging potential.
J.J. Vincent Bourgogne Blanc 2014The 2012 "JJ" Bourgogne Blanc is a light, fresh, fruit driven Chardonnay. Straight forward in style showing tropical fruit and light acidity. "JJ" Bourgogne Blanc is a tribute to Jean Jacques Vincent who has managed the family domaine of Chateau Fuisse for the past 40 years. It is a distinctive wine exclusively from the southern part of Burgundy near Mâcon and Pouilly Fuisse. The Mâconnais area offers naturally rich soils with a high proportion of clay which leads to a wine rich in mineral character.
Vins Auvigue Pouilly-fuisse Cuvee Classique 2014After the fermentation, the wines are matured over an 8 month period,which gives this cuvée all its fineness, freshness and minerality. This wine, with a golden green robe, has delicate and fruity aromas with hint of vanilla and brioche. The mouth is dynamic and round, with a good acidity. Serve at 12° C at the beginning of the meal or with shellfish, fish or goatcheese. A beautiful wine that you can keep, which reflets all the nobility of its past!
Cave de Lugny Macon Lugny Les Charmes 2014The nose explodes with aromas of citrus, peach and apricot followed by a wonderful balance between acidity and sweetness with a marked freshness. The wine is dry, but not a steely, steely dry. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted to ensure that only the ripe, healthy grapes make it into the bottle.

Château de Pourcieux Côtes de Provence Rosé 2016Stylish rosé, with rich flavors of apricot, ripe peach and cantaloupe with smoky,spicy notes. Rich, almost creamy finish, with palate cleansing acidity. Full, rich wine, both fruity and ripely textured. The wine has weight, concentrated red fruits, with a touch of citrus. Typically dry, its richness makes it seem soft, rounded and for food. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah.
Argiolas Costamolino 2016Vermentino often shows the fragrance of macchia, the mix of evergreen shrubs and herbs that typifies the Sardinian landscape. Costamolino hints at aromas of pine and mint coupled with ripe stone fruit and sweet citrus. The palate is at once vibrant and textural and finishes with lingering acidity. Costamolino is produced with the Mediterranean table in mind. The wine's lemony acidity will accent rock lobster or squid but carries enough weight to work with spaghetti topped with bottarga or a bowl of brothy clams and fregola. Vermentino's herbal flavor can also highlight vegetables such as fava beans or fennel.
Block Nine Caiden's Vineyard Pinot Noir 2016The 2014 Block Nine Pinot is beautifully long and rich in ripe cherry and berry flavors. The aromas exhibit generous bright fruit with a mix of strawberry, violets, plum, tea, and a hint of clove. Flavorful and silky in the mouth with good body, this wine is seductive showing wild cherries and a hint of sandalwood to complete its complex finish. The 2014 growing season was generous is length and consistent temperatures. Flavors were strong at harvest and we think 2014 will prove to be a terrific vintage.

The name was combined with the French sensibility of the winemaker for wines that express complexity & terroir notes often found in umami-foods like foraged mushrooms. The winemaker is the acclaimed Frenchman Laurent Montalieu of Four Graces and Solena fame.
