Anselmi San Vincenzo is grown in the Monteforte area within the Veneto region of northern Italy. Light straw in color, it is crisp and pure with a medium body. On the palate are beautiful flavors of citrus, apricot and yellow apples. This blend of Garganega, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc is perfect with grilled fish or roast chicken.
Jeff Carrel Les Darons Languedoc Rouge 2016Grenache and Carignan have long been cultivated in Southern France and represent the “forefathers” of the Languedoc Appellation’s red wines. An homage showcasing these varietals, this wine was subsequently labeled “Les Darons”, the affectionate expression for “The Parents” in the Parisian suburbs where eclectic Winemaker Jeff Carrel was born.

As good as his wines were, when we first met him, they only get better with each vintage. A joint venture between Eric Solomon and Jean-Marc Lafage, Tessellae old vines is assembled from vineyards on schist that Jean-Marc Lafage farms near Maury in the Agly valley.
Cristalino RoséBeautiful scents of raspberry and cherry on the nose with fresh, clean strawberry and cherry flavors in the mouth, and a consistent bead. The finish is clean and crisp and invites another sip. An excellent match for fried appetizers such as calamari or light desserts such as creme brulee. It is also excellent on its own or with fresh fruit.

Chateau Cablanc Cuvee Prestige 2015Château Cablanc is located 60 kilometres East of Bordeaux, in the Entre-deux- Mers region, on the left bank of the Dordogne River. It is in 1949 that Jean Debart acquired the property. The same year, his son Jean-Lou, had to take over the estate. He is passionate by vine-growing and plants his first vine above the family home in 1960. Today the property covers more than 100 hectares, with 60 hectares of Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur. Serve at 17-18°C with roasted poultry, grilled rib steak ou confit of duck, along with creamy mashed potatoes. This wine will be ideal with a good selection of cooked meats and cheeses. Age from 5-10 years.

Delas Freres Côtes du Rhône Saint Esprit 2017The Saint-Esprit's deep color has a dark, plum-like hue. The nose is classic syrah, with berry fruit, violet and licorice. It has a full, rounded palate with delicate tannins, making it a unique wine in the Côtes-du-Rhône appellation. Famille Perrin Côtes du Rhône Villages 2016The 2016 vintage in the Southern Rhone valley is exceptional, both in terms of quality and quantity, thanks to idyllic weather conditions that protected the region from climatic accidents throughout the whole year. The best terroirs of the Côtes du Rhône were identified historically and only 20% can be labelled "Villages". Normally found on geological faults, they also benefit from a geological complexity that produces grapes of superior quality.

Podere Rocche dei Manzoni di Valentino Barolo Big 'd Big 2010This wine is characterized by the readiness it shows since young. The color is deep ruby red; the perfume is rich, wide and continuous. The palate is full bodied and clear with velvety tannins.

The hints of forest fruits and cherries that characterize the varietal make it an easily approachable wine while still rendering it intense and elegant.

Jermann Vintage Tunina 2014Vintage Tunina from Sauvignon grapes, Chardonnay with Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and Picolit added. It should be noted that this is a genuine field blend. It has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. Its aroma is intense, full, with enormous elegance and persistence, and with hints of honey and wild flowers. Its taste is dry, velvety, and very well-orchestrated, with an exceptional persistence due to its particularly full body. It is paired with truffled first courses, with a great variety of fish dishes, especially oven-baked fish and fish in sauce, and it can easily be drunk with white meats. We have a particularly good memory of this wine with a pillow of fresh salmon stuffed with parmesan and artichoke.
Allegrini Palazzo della Torre 2014The vineyard surrounds Villa della Torre, a splendid masterpiece of Renaissance architecture now owned by the family, and produces a full-bodied red wine that has an ageing potential of at least ten years. The blend is the historic combination of Corvina and Rondinella with the addition of a small quantity of Sangiovese. This wine is a deep ruby red and easily pairs with various Italian dishes, above all risottos, especially those flavoured with saffron, porcini mushrooms and pork; classic dishes such as pasta with Amatriciana and Carbonara sauces, baked lasagna, gnocchi with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts; grilled meats and roasts.

It unites potency and elegance and looks like having a promising future. With its tempting perfumes of red berries and its clean freshness, the complexity of this wine presents an excellent balance. To fully appreciate its qualities, decant the wine at least one hour before serving.

Fattoria di Felsina Fontalloro 2015Ruby red color with rich and intense tones. Variety of aromatic herbs accentuated with generous notes of tobacco and wet earth (dry earth, as well), black currant and licorice. The palate manifests good consistency of medium-smooth tannins to ensure the lengthy ageing. Rich structure and weight and elegant breed on the finish. Optimum cellar life in all vintages.
Castello di Monsanto Chianti Classico Riserva 2015Color: Ruby red tending toward garnet. Aroma: Rich, intense and complex with aromas of black cherry and spice. Palate: Full bodied with rich red berry fruit flavors matched with a backbone of tannin.
Altanuta Pinot Grigio 2017Creamy with yellow fruit, dried apricot, to which spicy, herbaceous notes mingle. It has a solid ripe acidity structure, which makes it lively and refreshing, with a long finish. Food Pairings: All kinds of non-grilled seafood, white meat, and white pasta dishes. It complements beautifully with soft mild cheeses. Also, recommended as an aperitif. Serve well-chilled.
Allegrini Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2014The result of the Allegrini family’s expertise, a true classic of the appellation, this red wine embraces tradition, territory and the know-how of generations working the land. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta are left to air dry at least until December and are checked daily to ensure perfectly healthy grapes. It is this technique of air drying the grapes that produces this unique wine.
Poggio al Tesoro Mediterra 2015Ruby red in colour with purple tints, this is a fragrant and intensely fruity wine, in which blackberry, plum and cherry are underpinned by spicy notes of white pepper and elegant herbaceous aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, intense, and surprisingly persistent. Food pairings: An ideal pairing with various meat dishes, cold cuts and medium-matured cheeses, including Italian pecorino. It should be enjoyed slightly chilled, with seafood dishes such as mullet in tomato sauce, poached fish and Livorno-style salt cod.
Marziano Abbona Barolo 2014This "classic" Barolo has a typical garnet red color with orange nuances from nebbiolo grapes; at the nose the most intense and marked scents are those of ripe fruits, with herbaceous and underbrush scents that complete a complex olfactory outline. The unusual cooler and rainy summer of 2014, together with the milder temperatures, have created a Barolo where the most evident feature is the elegance, enriched by roundness, pleasantness and soft tannins.
Masi Campofiorin 2015Full bodied, smooth and velvety, but approachable and versatile in its food pairings. Combines simplicity with style, strength and majesty. This is the original Supervenetian created by Masi in 1964 and internationally recognised as a wine of "stupendous body and complexity", the prototype for a new category of wines from the Veneto inspired by the Amarone production method (Burton Anderson). Its own production method was described by Hugh Johnson as "an ingenious technique".
Tassi Brunello di Montalcino 2012Intense red ruby with garnet red nuances. Deep to the smell with faint hints of ripe fruit, especially plum and cherry as well as some elegant and very fine spices. Very pleasant and refined to the taste. It blends perfectly with the traditional Tuscan dishes, especially with game and seasoned cheese.
