Beaux Freres The Beaux Frères Vineyard Pinot Noir 2015Medium to dark ruby, Body - medium to full. A darker, more brooding and fuller bodied wine, our original estate vineyard Pinot is approachable but ideally will benefit from several years of patience.
Siduri Clos Pepe Vineyard Pinot Noir 2013The Siduri Clos Pepe Vineyard Pinot Noir consists of two sections of clone 115 - the hillside section on the far east of the vineyard (20% whole cluster), and the pond section at the lowest point of the vineyard (completely destemmed). The Sta. Rita Hills make up the only valley that runs truly west-east in the entire West Coast of North America. This funnels the wind into the area, leading to smaller clusters & more concentrated berries.
Orin Swift Mercury Head Cabernet Sauvignon 2014An alluring hue of dark garnet sits in the glass, encircled by a glowing ruby rim. Immediate aromas of ripe black cherry, blueberry and classic cassis are supported by undertones of lavender, jasmine, sage, tobacco, cigar box and the slightest touch of anise. The wine finishes with great length and a touch of acidity-an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from select vineyards in the Napa Valley.
Robert Foley Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013Our 2013 "Purple Label" Napa Valley Cabernet is 100% varietal in composition, yet, again this year, it is a blend of intense ridge-top fruit and our favorite stony Calistoga vineyard - where the high rocks there create thermals, drawing warming air through the vine rows, working the magic of ripening. A deep dark wine, classic ripe Cabernet character of black cherry is carried in the aromas and flavors. The body and middle of this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon carry a sweetness of fruit which is framed with gentle tannin. Perfectly ripe and perfectly balanced.

Dominus Napa Valley Red 2014Dominus Estate wines are made with an objective of purity, balance and complexity. Minimal intervention and restraint throughout the process of grape berry selection, fermentation and aging preserve the character of the fruit. The resulting wines convey the very personality of the vineyard. Dominus winemaking includes separate lot-by-lot fermentation. Cluster sorting by hand is complemented by an optical berry sorting system. Gentle pumping-over extracts aromas, color and tannins. Vertical wine press at low pressure delicately releases components from the skin. Racking barrel to barrel in 100% french oak removes sediment and assures clarification of the wine during aging. We recommend decanting the wine prior to serving to allow it to develop its full potential. This is especially important when serving young Dominus wines.

Dal Forno Romano Valpolicella Superiore 2010Valpolicella offers hints of blueberry, blackberry, cherry and chocolate which emerge gradually as the wine breathes. The potent tannins, which give structure to this product, are in perfect symbiosis with the velvety aromas of sweet spices and jam which envelop the palate and excite the senses.
Dal Forno Romano Amarone della Valpolicella 2009Undoubtedly the complexity of this wine is superior in respect to that of Valpolicella and has its place in the category of wines that are usually defined as “meditation wines”. Subtle aromatic hints, that range from black cherry, blueberry to chocolate, anticipate the opulent expression of mature fruit that flows into the mouth with inadvertent persistence. Nuances of truffle, tobacco and new leather wrap around the finish. It is a wine with undiscovered potential, but whose depth leaves one hoping that it has a very long development ahead of it.

It is the ideal wine with game and has no rivals as an accompaniment to hard cheeses. But its most characteristic role is as an after-dinner wine, for sipping in moments of intimacy, or for fuelling lively post-prandial conversation. It should be opened at least two hours before consumption and consumed at ambient temperature. It is the classic wine of friendship.

Christian Moreau Chablis Les Clos 2015Domaine Christian Moreau Pere et Fils owns a total of 7.5 acres of this most famous of the Grand Crus of Chablis, more than any other producer in the region. Their primary parcel sits on the high portion of the hillside with a direct southeast exposure. With the steep grade, drainage of the kimmeridgien soils is quick leading to low yields of the densely planted vines. Vinification: A sizable 40% of the final blend is aged in oak cask, although only a small percentage is new barrels. The oak contact is unobtrusive and is a testament to the sheer power of this Grand Cru.
Lignier-Michelot Chambolle Musigny Vielles Vignes 2015from 50+ year old vines, 40% whole cluster Reduction presently dominates the nose though there is good freshness and verve to the detailed and mineral-suffused medium-bodied flavors where the supporting structure is finer still, all wrapped in a persistent finale. Fonseca Bin No. 27 Finest Reserve PortoBin 27 shares the heritage and style of the great Fonseca Vintage Ports, as well as much of their depth and character. However it is bottled when ready to drink and can be served by the glass directly from the bottle. Blended for consistency of character and quintessentially Fonseca in style, this reserve blend provides reliable and affordable value. Deep youthful ruby colour. Intense rich fruity nose crammed with pure blackberry, cassis, cherry and plum aromas interwoven with notes of spice. The palate full bodied and round, with a smooth velvety texture balanced by firm mouth filling tannins. The juicy black fruit flavours linger into the rich luscious finish. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: The rich black fruit flavours of Bin 27 are a perfect match for chocolate and berry fruit dishes. A chocolate fondant with strawberries makes a deliciously hedonistic combination with Bin 27, the rich creamy chocolate and luscious ripe strawberries blending seductively with the blackcurrant and cherry fruitiness of the wine. Bin 27 is also excellent served after a meal with bitter chocolate with a high cocoa content or a plate of chocolate brownies or truffles. Like all youthful red Ports, Bin 27 is an excellent match for soft ripe cheeses and can be served on its own at the end of the meal or any other relaxed occasion in a generously proportioned wine glass.

The full palate is very rich, with concentrated flavor and a long, mellow finish. Food Pairing: Pairs well with figs, almonds, pecan pie, desserts made with coffee or caramel, and crème brûlée. It can be appreciated at the end of the meal with walnuts or dried fruit, and it can be served cool in the summer.
W&J Graham's Vintage Port 2000This is a landmark wine for Graham's, not only being the first Vintage of a new millennium, but being the first Vintage wine to enjoy the extraordinary results achieved by the new robotic 'lagares' at Malvedos in the inaugural year of our remodelled winery. Significant also has been the decision to include a rather larger proportion of mature Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional from Vila Velha, a classic riverside Quinta a short distance downstream from Malvedos, and some spectacular old vine lots from Vale de Malhadas in the Upper Douro. These wines each from family-owned Quintas have been used to reinforce the predominant component from Malvedos and the traditional excellence of the Rio Torto lots from Lages, to produce a rounded and even blend in the hallmark rich Graham style. The blend displays many of the typical Graham aromas of ripe plum and 'esteva' (gum cistus) and is pleasantly smooth on the palate despite its youth. It is full and rich in the mouth with fresh blackberry and red plum notes. Despite the hallmark Graham sweetness in the mouth the finish is long and clean.
Taylor Fladgate Tawny Port 10 year oldAn exceptionally fine old tawny blend, aged for an average of 10 years in oak casks. W&J Graham's Vintage Port 1994A classic growing season produced grapes in quite superb condition. It soon became apparent during the vintage that the wines would be exceptional. Taylor Fladgate Tawny Port 30 year oldOnly every two or three years is a reserve of port with sufficient structure, fruit and power to age, produced from Taylor's own vineyards, laid aside to age in oak casks. Those that have reached their peak after thirty years are then blended together for balance and finesse, and to ensure consistency of quality and style. The 30 year old tawny shows incredible length with smooth butterscotch and caramel flavors.
