Aromas of baked fruit cobbler and juniper tease while flavors of blackberries and peppercorns seduce the senses. Mysterious and mouth filling, this deeply colored wine is filled with dense fruit and ample tannins, all framed with whispers of nutmeg and allspice.

After aging for over 24 months in 1 & 2 year old American oak, pipe tobacco and clove settle around the finish, long and lingering, like the Delta fog.

While the Phantom is perfect today there is enough structure here to age well into the next decade.
