The winery was built around the production of just one wine: Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, a staple of restaurant lists nationwide for more than 45 years. Its exceptional, food-friendly wines are both drinkable upon release and worthy of cellaring for decades to come. Silver Oak produces Cabernets aged exclusively in American oak.

Ruby in color, the 2018 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of cassis, caramel, juniper and pomegranate. Lifted and vibrant on the nose, The palate is just as enticing boasting a wonderfully dense core of black berries and black cherry fruit concentration tightly interwoven with notes of graphite, stony minerality, kirsch liquor and black plum extract. Its silky mouthfeel will provide drinking pleasure through 2044 given proper cellaring conditions.
