Our signature malt, the pioneer of the single malt Scotch whisky category, is renowned for its beautifully balanced nose and refreshingly complex flavour. In 1887, William Grant used the pure waters from a local spring called the Robbie Dhu to make his whisky. Over 120 years later, we still use the same water to ensure our single malt retains its character and integrity. It is this crystal clear water, along with our whisky's long maturation in bourbon and sherry oak casks, that give our Glenfiddich 12 Year Old its complex, rounded flavours of fresh pear and subtle oak; notes that help make it the world's favourite single malt. Delivers a classic refined flavour with rich, sweet and fruity tones developing into butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavours.
Lush and rich, this honeyed whisky is loaded with dense notes of creamy custard and tropical fruit, finishing with a flourish of baking spice.

Balvenie DoubleWood Single Malt Scotch Whisky 12 year oldTo make The Balvenie DoubleWood, David Stewart MBE takes whisky that has spent at least 12 years in traditional whisky casks, American Oak ex-bourbon barrels and hogsheads, and moves it to Spanish oak ex-Oloroso sherry casks for an additional nine months. The whisky is then transferred to large oak vessels called "tuns" for 3-4 months to allow the whiskies from individual casks to "marry". The Balvenie DoubleWood single malt whisky gains its distinctive character from being matured in two different wood types. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt whisky. The traditional casks soften and add delicate character, the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavour and the final few months in our tuns allow the whiskies to marry harmoniously. Sweet fruit a Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours, nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry. Long and Warming finish.

The Lost Distillery Auchnagie Bordeaux Cask Blended Malt WhiskeyA highlands scotch in the southernmost area just above the lowlands. Auchnagie was far inland so the peat is primarily composed of heather. The whiskey is light and almost floral, very easy to drink even as an aperitif. In Scotland it is known as a breakfast scotch which is perfect for those who are lactose intolerant. Auchnagie closed in 1911 due to tragic loss of their water supply Tasting Notes: Stewed Pears, Fruit cake, Spice.
The Lost Distillery Towiemore Olorosso Cask Blended Malt WhiskeyThis is a Speyside. The flavors are bright with green apple and creaminess. The distillery was founded by Peter Gordon whose family was famous for distilling and him as a master blender. He had the art and Towiemore was finished in sherry casks not unlike Macallan which is also in Speyside. His scotch was a quick huge success in multiple countries but alas he was in operation for a scant 30 years. A manufacturing plant opened not that far from the distillery and tainted the water supply. The scotch developed an effervescence and closed. Tasting Notes: Nuts, Raisins, Fig, Almonds and Cream.
