Vintage Tunina is a field blend made of Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla gialla, Malvasia and little percentage of a sweet local grape variety. It is bright straw-colored with golden reflections. The nose is intense, wide, very elegant and persistent with scents of honey and country flowers. To the palate it is dry, soft, well balanced with an extraordinary persistence due to its full body. It matches with first courses with truffles with fish dishes and poultry. It is a great match with fresh salmon stuffed with parmesan cheese and artichokes.
Average age of vines is 30 years.
A blend of 25% Chardonnay, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 23% Ribolla Gialla, 22% Malvasia Istriana, 5% Picolit.
75% aged in stainless steel/25% aged in Slavonian Oak for 11 months.
Silvio Jermann is one of the most influential winemakers in Italy, turning his family’s modest farm into a hallmark winery in Friuli. Jermann’s release of his flagship wine, ‘Vintage Tunina’, a field blend of native and international varietals, remains a watershed moment for Italian wine.

A white with wonderful minerality and intensity with sliced cooked pears, apples and stone, as well as flint. It’s full-bodied, yet tight and poised with nice, phenolic tension to the ripe fruit. Really racy. Dynamic. One of the best I have tasted in a long time.

One of Friuli's most iconic wines, this racy, elegant white opens with enticing scents of white spring flowers, orchard fruit, citrus and wet stone. Savory and vibrant, the palate boasts intriguing energy and tension, delivering ripe pear, peach, nectarine and lemon drop candy alongside a mineral vein and crisp acidity. Drink through 2028.
