Ca' di Prata Prosecco DOCG Extra Dry
From the historic village of Prata di Pordenone in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the heart of the Prosecco territory, Ca’ di Prata DOCG Valdobbiadene is a wine of unsurpassed pedigree for its type. It displays intense pear and floral aromas and flavors and a finely structured, persistent palate. Grapes coming from vineyards exposed on high hills in the province of Treviso in the historical area of the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
Fresh dry, rightly acidic but very well balanced by a mineral note that gives flavor and persistence to the palate. The typical taste of golden apple and a citrus hint, make this sparkling wine very elegant, delicate on the nose thanks to its richness in minerals typical of the well ripe grapes of high hills where, thanks to their exposure, the bunches acquire a beautiful straw-yellow color that is transmitted in its entirety to the wine as well as enriching it with a complex mineral flavor and acid structure. The rich, fine and persistent perlage gives the product a pleasant sensation of fullness that fills the palate thanks to its creamy foam.
Food Pairing: An elegant aperitif, our Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene is an excellent pairing to caviar, seafood mousse, crab cakes, and oysters.
