Stone fruits, caramelized citrus, licorice, and a touch of toast all emerge from the 2017 Chardonnay Uncovered, which is medium-bodied, beautifully balanced, textured, and long. It's going to benefit from a year or two of bottle age and keep for a solid 7-8 years, probably longer. There are just under 4,000 cases produced.

Supple and rich, with flamboyant tropical fruit, spiced cinnamon and apricot flavors that linger on an invigorating finish. Drink now. 3,979 cases made.

Bright yellow. Delicate scents of pineapple, quince and baking spices are lifted by a crisp not of Fuji apple. At once smooth and concentrated, with fruit-driven flavors of orchard fruits and spices accompanied by a subtle note of buttery quiche crust. This wine stands out for its light touch and modest oak influence. Finishes uncompromisingly dry and firm. (aged in 25% new 400-liter oak puncheons; spent 18 months on its lees)
